Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Training guidance only. CowHub is built to provide guidance and general training. It does not replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult with a licensed veterinarian, and follow your own farm’s specific protocols.

3 Cow Vets LLC ("CowHub") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your training records

If you join a farm, that farm's owner and managers can see your name, role, progress and certificates. CowHub administrators can see account data when needed to provide support. Other farms cannot see your records.

Service providers

We use trusted companies to run CowHub: Supabase (database, login and file storage), Mux (video delivery), Stripe (payments) and Netlify (website hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Backups and retention

We back up our database several times a day and keep snapshots for about 30 days. We keep training records for as long as your account or your farm's account is active, and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@cowhubtraining.com. If you joined through a farm, we may need the farm's approval to remove records the farm is responsible for.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and passwords are stored securely hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password.

Children

CowHub is intended for working adults and for youth programs such as 4-H and FFA used under the supervision of a parent, guardian or program leader. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without that supervision.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above.
