How you recover access depends on your account type.

Admins, managers, and individual learners

If you signed in with an email address, we can send you a real password reset link.

Farm employees (username login, no email on file)

Most employees join without an email, so there's no automated way to reset this yourself. Ask your farm manager or CowHub admin — they can look up your username and set a new password for you directly from your employee profile.

The invitation code and trainee information are prefilled from the SMS link.

Local file selection works during the current browser session. Hosted URLs remain available after reload. The production application should upload actual files to protected AWS storage, scan them, and save permanent resource IDs.

Bundle courses together for a subscription plan (Essential, Pro) or a job role (Maternity, Parlor, Feeder, Manager) so you can assign them all at once.
